AI Agent documentation

Set up the workspace where you, your teams, and your agents plan, run, and report on work.

AI Agent is an AI workspace for you, your teams, and your agents. Chat with agents, give them docs and connected tools, and run their work as tickets, workflows, and Autopilots. Start by completing onboarding and testing your primary agent. Add a workflow or an Autopilot when the same process should run again, and use a project when an initiative needs its own board and progress view.

Choose the path that matches what you want to accomplish first.

How the pieces fit

  1. Your workspace holds shared agents, connections, docs, and operating surfaces.
  2. An agent brings instructions, skills, docs, and permitted connection tools to a task. You talk to agents in Chat and from Home.
  3. Docs holds the sources and tables agents read. Company Brain holds the product, company, brand, and voice profile they act on.
  4. A workflow is a sequence of steps you build and test. An Autopilot gives one agent a repeatable task, a trigger, and an output.
  5. The Board, Inbox, approvals, and runs show what needs attention and what happened.
  6. An optional project groups tickets for a focused initiative.

Keep control

Begin with read-only connection tools where possible. Add actions only when the agent needs them, and keep an approval in front of changes such as publishing, posting, or updating records. Learn how tool access and approvals work together before expanding an automation’s permissions.
