A ticket card on the board now shows its project’s own icon and color, so you can tell projects apart at a glance. A project without an icon still shows a folder.
- Calmer lists. The squads list, the squad page, and the projects views drop their outlines and use soft panels, and a long squad name no longer pushes the list past its panel
- Squad initials. A squad’s initials take the first letter of each word, so “Growth Squad” shows GS
- Gantt zoom. The Gantt zoom control is a sliding tab switch
- Quieter empty states. Empty pages across the app use one smaller, quieter title
- Sentence case. Squad buttons and dialogs read “New squad”, “Create squad”, and “Add agent”
