Private agents and invites stay in your control

Teammates cannot run or see results from your private agents, chat uploads stay private, admins can transfer orphaned agents, and invites can be accepted or declined.

Privacy rules for private agents now apply wherever an agent can be used, and invites are clearer.

  • Private agents stay private. A teammate cannot assign tickets to, mention, or run your private agent.
  • Private results stay hidden on shared tickets. A teammate does not see the summary, files or evidence from a run of your private agent or personal computer on a shared ticket.
  • Chat uploads stay yours. Files you upload in chat stay private to you in document reads and knowledge bindings.
  • Transfer an orphaned agent. When the creator of a private agent has left, an admin can choose Transfer to… on the agent to give it to another member.
  • Invites ask first. If you sign up with an invited email, onboarding shows the invite with Accept and Decline. Invite links ask before they add you to a workspace. Decline declines the invite for your account, and you are told if the invite is no longer pending.
  • Limited members stay limited. A member confined to selected projects does not automatically get projects other people create later.
  • Cleaner disconnects. Disconnecting a GitHub account also removes its sources and repositories. AI Agent also tries to remove the webhooks it created. If it cannot, it leaves them in place.
