Send photos and files to your agent on Telegram

Attachments sent in Telegram are read properly, an album counts as one message, and anything unsupported is refused in plain words.

Attachments sent to your agent on Telegram were being dropped. Worse, the agent did not know a file had been sent, so it answered as though you had said nothing about it — and sometimes explained why it could not open a file it had never received.

  • Photos and documents are read. A photo with a caption, a photo on its own, or a document all reach the agent.
  • An album counts as one message. Sending ten photos at once is one request and one reply, not ten. If you send an album, the agent reads the first image and tells you to send the rest separately rather than silently ignoring them.
  • Unsupported files are refused clearly. If a file is too large or of a type the agent cannot read, it says so. It no longer invents a reason.
