Connecting a mailbox no longer starts drafting replies on its own. Turning on “Triage & draft emails” does.
Connecting Gmail used to be enough to have a reply drafted for every inbound email — surprising if you’d connected the account to do something else entirely. Now it waits for you to ask. Any mailbox you connect afterwards picks up the setting.
Drafting also pauses itself after a week of nobody opening the project or acting on a draft, and starts again as soon as someone does.
